"Fantastic sneakers for a great deal!"
If you're thinking about getting CP's or any other minimal sneaker/trainer, you should definitely give these a look. Crafted in Italy with top-notch materials. Way better than a BBall or Achilles, and they cost at least half as much as CP. I've quit shelling out crazy money for a BBall and I'm super pleased with my Essential Sneakers! Awesome!!

"Awesome support from the team!"
Not long ago, I bought a couple of pairs of essential sneakers. One pair started to show some serious wear pretty quickly. I sent them some photos of the problem, and their customer service was super quick to respond, sending out a replacement right away. Honestly, my experience with their support has been fantastic!

"Disappointing Customer Support"
The Artisan Lab sneakers are top-notch, comparable to other Italian leather sneaker brands like Common Projects. However, their customer support leaves much to be desired. I've shopped with them before, and recently I received a pair of sneakers as a gift. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size, and I tried to return them (still unworn and in the original packaging). They wouldn't accept the return since it was past the 30-day window, even with the situation at hand. Their email response was quite rude, stating, 'this is our final say on the matter.' While the quality of their sneakers is excellent, the customer service is seriously lacking. If you care about decent customer support, you might want to look elsewhere.

"Sole Discoloration, Customer Support Unresponsive"
I contacted Artisan Lab when one of the soles began to yellow. They got back to me the next day saying they’d look into it with the factory. But then, crickets—no follow-up, even after I sent about three or four nudges.
UPDATE: After a few more reminders, they finally apologized and we found a solution that suited us both. Appreciate it!

"Thieves"
I made an order on May 12th, and here we are on September 12th with nothing to show for it, even though they took my cash right away. The customer service is a total joke; they haven't provided any help and often just brush off my emails. I've asked for a refund, but they keep ignoring me. Honestly, I’d call them crooks.

"Absolutely the Worst Customer Service"
I ordered a pair of shoes that ended up being too big. I tried to swap them out. They provided guidance on how to send them back to the UK from the USA. I had to fork out a hefty sum ($75 GBP) just to return them. When the package hit customs, Artisan Lab refused to cover the delivery costs. Customs then hit me with another VAT charge. This is where I really get frustrated—why give return instructions that you know are gonna fail? Why leave your customers in a lurch? All I've received from them are sarcastic emails trying to wash their hands of any responsibility. Returns shouldn't be this complicated. The company ought to either stop shipping to the US or just say, 'No Returns.' Such a poor business practice!
"Terrible Customer Support"
I ordered a pair of trainers at the end of March, and here we are in May, and I still haven’t got them!!
I reached out to Artisan Lab, and after a few days, they got back to me saying it would ship on April 18th and that I’d get updates. The email felt like a generic response, and they even messed up my name (!)…. But then, I heard nothing!
On May 2nd, five weeks after placing my order, I followed up and was given a tracking number right away… but guess what? The tracking number doesn’t work!
I checked my order confirmation and saw I paid for 5-day shipping… it’s been 7 working days since DHL got the package. I contacted them again, and they told me they had no new info, just what was on the tracking site.
The customer service is appalling - honestly, the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
I expected way better from a company that charges over £180 for some of their items and claims to be a premium brand.
This is definitely the first and last time I’ll be ordering from Artisan Lab.

"Absolutely appalling"
These shoes left my feet covered in blisters, and when I reached out to Artisan Lab for an exchange within a month of buying them, they flat out refused. They told me, 'We don’t accept returns after 14 days of receipt. I’m afraid this is our final say on this.' What a terrible experience! Now I've wasted £120 on footwear that I won't ever use again.

"Defective item, no customer support"
I got myself a pair of Classic Sneakers in black. After just a month and four wears, the right sole started making a weird clicking noise with every step on hard surfaces, like it’s split or something inside.
I brought this up with the AL 'support' team through their online chat and sent two emails, but I haven’t received a single response. The customer service is really lacking, and the product seems to be just as bad.
This was my first experience with AL, and it’ll definitely be my last. I’d recommend steering clear of this company.

"Damaged Shoes and No Response"
I ordered a pair of shoes, and it took a whole week for them to show up. When I finally opened the box, I noticed there were scratches and marks on one of the shoes. I immediately reached out to customer service through email. A week has gone by, and I still haven't heard back from them, even though they promised a reply within 24 hours. To top it off, there wasn't even a dustbag or an extra set of laces included. This is really poor customer service - I won't be ordering from them again!

"Artisan Lab: Sneakers Rock and Great Bang for Your Buck!"
I've got three pairs of kicks from Artisan Lab. They're super versatile and go well with all sorts of outfits—casual, suits, shorts, you name it. The price is unbeatable compared to what else is out there. Honestly, I can't tell a difference between these and some pricey brands I used to buy. "Communication Needs Improvement and Where's My Order?"
The concept is solid, and the product quality is decent. However, it takes quite a bit of time for items to be shipped out, which is understandable since they’re being crafted. The delivery accuracy leaves much to be desired, and the communication from the time of order to delivery is lacking. For instance, I placed my order on September 16th, but the confirmation email didn’t mention when I could expect my items. I reached out on October 10th and was told they’d be dispatched between October 7th and 14th, which is totally fine—just wish I had some info in the confirmation about that. Then, on October 14th, I received a message saying it had been dispatched. But the tracking number? Doesn’t work... I waited a few days, got a request for a review, and still no product and that tracking number is still a dud (as of October 21st).
